Vacdepot Inc. is a small family business located in Rio Vista Texas, part
of the growing DFW metroplex. Vacdepot.com internet sales is a spin-off of
our popular The Vacuum Depot retail stores in the Fort Worth area.
Our family employees were born into the floorcare business, which we have
been a proud part of for almost 40 years. Every department of our company
including sales, processing, service and accounting is either headed by or
operated by the family owners of our company.
Vacdepot has acquired numerous accreditations and awards in our industry
over
the last four decades. We have been recognized for outstanding service,
sales and customer satisfaction from most every manufacturer and vendor we
do business with. Vacdepot is a stocking distributor for all products we
offer (excluding the Aggressor brand) and keeps thousands of items in our
warehouse for direct shipment. Vacdepot does not rely on drop-shipments,
which allows us to guarantee both delivery and product quality as well as
offering low prices. Our company maintains strong relationships with every

We could no longer offer portable vacuums in good conscience when the central vacuum
for residential cleaning is a vastly superior product and now priced similarly to
that of portable vacuums. In 2005 Vacdepot sold the majority of its portable business and inventory (nearly half of our gross sales) and got to work expanding our lines of central and backpack
vacuums. We are very excited by the technology and products we offer which get better every year.
