The ATQ-1500 from VALET is a large body power unit featuring a powerful Premier Series Ametek-Lamb 7.2” tangential motor. Designed for cleaning homes up to a manufacturers recommended 10,000 square feet in size the ATQ1500 delivers 631 Max AirWatts with a superior 120 volt dual stage Ametek-Lamb (twin fan) 7.2" single motor design. Offering low noise operation and an oversized 38 Quart (9.5 gallon) collection bin the ATQ1500 is ready for large home applications with high usage and heavy cleaning loads.
This large diameter power unit has a dirt capacity of 38 quarts, allowing you to empty the dirt can less often. The ATQ-1500 also features a larger capacity inverted filter which provides
more useable filtered air space. The inverted filter maintains itself using a center weighted design that flexes the filter each time the unit is power cycled on and off. The larger filter area allows for a longer period of time between maintenance (power cycling the unit) - another benefit for cleaning larger homes. The inverted filter used in VALET ATQ models is permanent and never needs replacement. The special Micro-Tex® filter resists bacteria, mold, and mildew growth. This material can also capture particles as small as .3 microns and has a dust retention of 99.96% efficiency.
The VALET ATQ uses an Ametek brand Lamb series motor for exceptional performance and reliability. A sound reduction chamber surrounds the motor and reduces the amount of noise coming from the motor cooling system, making the unit quieter. The ATQ units are also equipped with utility valve mounted to the front of the power unit for cleaning the car, garage or basement and an easy to use and on/off switch on the units control board. The VALET ATQ series is constructed from rolled galvannealed steel and powder coated for a tough, corrosion-resistant lifetime of use.
