- Vacdepot ships all equipment orders via UPS Ground and includes email notification.

With only a few exceptions every item ordered from Vacdepot is shipped directly from our fully stocked warehouse in Texas. A few special items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and are so noted on the website. Equipment is shipped via UPS Ground for the 48 states. We do not sell or ship outside the contiguous 48 states. Sales & Delivery only within USA. Most in-stock orders are processed, filled and shipped the same day. Some products may be shipped in as little as 1 hour and others may require up to 48 hours.
All equipment order are shipped by UPS and include carrier insurance. Some parts orders the weigh under 2 lbs. may be sent via USPS Priority service at Vacdepot discretion. Vacdepot does not charge a packing or boxing fee. We may at times supplement, augment or replace factory packaging to ensure safe delivery of products at no charge. Your credit card will be authorized when you place an order on-line or by phone. Once your item has shipped to you the authorization will be converted to a credit card charge.
Time in transit is 2 - 7 business days (excludes holidays and weekends) depending on product and delivery location. If your selected item is indicated as non-stocking on the order form we may require an additional 2-4 days for order processing. If Vacdepot can not deliver an in-stock order within 14 days we will contact you. If we are unable to fill your order for any reason within 21 days from the date of purchase the order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted when the product arrives to confirm the order before shipment.
AVS Match Required
A credit card AVS (Address Verification System) match for the shipping address of an order is required before we release your order to UPS. Vacdepot will only ship to an address that is listed with your credit card company as the MAIN BILLING ADDRESS or listed as AUTHORIZED ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS. This must be a US street address, no PO boxes. If you are shipping to an address other than you main billing address, and you have not listed your shipping address with your credit card issuer as an AUTHORIZED ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS please do so before you submit your order on-line. Orders submitted without an AVS match will be delayed or canceled after email notice.
Satisfaction Guarantee
30 Day Return Privilege
At Vacdepot we want you to be satisfied with your floor care purchase. If you are not happy with your selection you may return it to us for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Simply call us for an RMA number to put on the box and ship the item(s) postage paid to arrive back at Vacdepot within 30 days of receipt. If you choose to purchase another item to replace your return we will credit 90% of the returned items value to your new purchase. Vacuum filters, vacuum bags, CVS tubing, special orders, Open-Box Buys and invoiced shipping fee's are non-returnable, non-refundable. Partial items may not be returned. Kits, sets, assemblies or bundles must be returned in the complete and new condition. Items returned damaged will be charged an appropriate repair fee.
Product Warranty & Service
After the 30 day return privilege has expired New items will be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Closeout, Open-Box Buys and Special Order items may carry their own warranty - see the items detail for specific warranty details. A list of manufacturer contacts is included with each invoice from Vacdepot. A copy of your invoice is also available by calling or emailing our customer service department for your warranty proof of purchase. Vacdepot also maintains a complete service facility staffed with professional factory trained service technicians. You may elect to service your products with the local repair center or send your products during or after warranty to Vacdepot for fast, reliable service. Give us a call with your service needs, check our repair rates and request an RMA number for your item. Returns without a valid RMA number will be returned to you.
Shipping Damage & Initial Defects
Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us via phone or fax or email within 2 business days of any damage or defects. Failure to notify us immediately of shipping damage or defects will indicate your acceptance of the order as complete and satisfactory. After the 48 hour free replacement privilege has expired any defects, damages or repairs must be completed by the manufacturer, warranty issuer or carrier. All orders are shipped insured for the full value of the item. If your insured vacuum is damaged in transit call UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damage and then call Vacdepot. We will take care of the reshipment for you once UPS has recovered the damaged item. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired at Vacdepot discretion. If you request a refund of damaged or defective items a 20% restocking fee and the appropriate repair fee will be charged.
Address & Delivery
Our shipping cost is incurred once the vacuum leaves our door, and neither it nor the vacuum can be canceled or "recalled" once shipped. Address corrections to items already picked up by UPS are billed at $5.00 per package. Refunds within our 30 day return privilege can only be given to our customers who return the product in a reasonable condition in original packaging. You must call for a Return Authorization Number BEFORE returning any product. All returns must be shipped POSTAGE PAID to the return address on your receipt.
Open-Box Buys & Special Orders
Due to their unique status and pricing our normal sale and return policy does not apply to items marked Open-Box Buys or special order items you request. Open-Box Buys and Special Order items can only be ordered by telephone and can not be ordered on-line. Our Open-Box Buys and Special Order sales policy ensures you will always purchase a working item, or the problem will be fixed.
All Open-Box Buy items are tested and guaranteed fully functional. Any item that does not work correctly upon arrival is subject to repair, replacement or refund at our sole discretion providing vacdepot.com is notified of the defect within 48 hours of receipt. Open-Box Buys are listed only on the Open-Box Buys section of our website and are non-refundable. Each Open-Box Buy item will have the guarantee listed in the items detail.
Closeouts
Closeout items are listed in the special CLOSEOUTS category along side of our regular offerings and are clearly marked as Closeout inventory. These items are factory new products with limited availability. Closeout units enjoy that same 30 day return privilege as our regular sale items although the products guarantee may vary from it's non-closeout counterpart - please check the items description for guarantee details. Closeout items may be purchased on-line and enjoy the same sales terms as new units.
On-Line Ordering
To order on-line you browse to the items detail and in the upper right hand corner of the webpage you can specify the quantity needed and adjust any options available then click on Add-To-Cart. Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Ordering on-line places information directly into our database and speeds the shipping process. Online orders are secured through the SSL server and are in fact more secure than the use of a phone.
