The HP Vacuflo Large Silencer will quiet the exhaust of all bands and models of central vacuums power unit. The largest of all central vacuum OEM mufflers in both diameter and length, the Vacuflo Large Silencer includes more sound deadening material and an easy to install design. Measuring 4 inches in diameter and 15.5 inches in length the Large Silencer has a generous 3/4 inch thick liner to reduce noise without degrading the exhaust airflow. Each end of the HP Large Silencer is a 1 inch deep socket that will accept standard vacuum tube with glue optional.
All central vacuum mufflers work to lower noise by diffusing the central vacuums exhausting airflow.
These mufflers are most effective when placed inline with 12 inches of straight tube leading into and exiting from the muffler. The HP Large Silencer is an extremely effective muffler that will not impede airflow performance.
Black in color, made from PVC with non-combustible sound deadening liner.
