New plastic wands are constructed of high density styrene plastic that is lightweight and durable. Standard 1.25" friction fitting connects with other friction fit wands of metal or plastic and all 1.25" (32mm) vacuum tools. Each plastic extension wand measures 18.75" in length. Two wands allow most users to clean the floor with a regular curved hose handle and floor tool. Extra wands can be added together for extended reach above the floor. The plastic construction will not scratch most surfaces like metal wands when used without a tool for cleaning directly against the surface. Plastic wands are among the most often used vacuum tools in the home.
